The BumberFan Insider Lounge, presented by Starbucks

Starbucks has been a proud supporter of Bumbershoot ever since they opened their first store 39 years ago and are excited to once again host some of the Festival’s hottest artists at the Starbucks Stage.

Over the years they became BumberFans and, just like you, feel that need for a secret resting place where you can sit for a second and catch your breath during all the excitement. So this year, Starbucks is introducing the BumberFan Insider Lounge — a shaded, outdoor oasis reserved for elite music fanatics: BumberFans!

The BumberFan Insider Lounge gives you true rock star treatment, including:

• A private patio with a great view of the Starbucks Stage
• Plush seating for relaxation and conversation
• Private bathrooms with refresh stations
• Cellphone charging stations
• Complimentary Starbucks beverages

Sounds amazing, right? We agree. Secure your access by RSVPing to StarbucksInSeattle (at) starbucks.com by August 31*.

Not yet a BumberFan? Well this lounge is for BumberFans only.  Sign up to receive our BumberFan updates and get access to the amazing BumberFan Insider Lounge, presented by Starbucks. Your BumberFan email (either printed or on your smart phone) is your ticket in.

See you at the BumberFan Insider Lounge, presented by Starbucks.

*Space at the BumberFan Insider Lounge is limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

    • @alex, Clicking the link will open up your computer’s email client (like Outlook). Compose a new email to StarbucksInSeattle at Starbucks dot com with the subject line “BumberFan Insider Lounge” and you’ll be good to go!

  6. I successfully sent an RSVP email and received a response, but it tells me that my *September 17* email is my ticket in. Is that an error? I don’t have a September 17th email and won’t at the time Bumbershoot takes place. Looking forward to it, though!

  7. Your BumberFan email (either printed or on your smart phone) is your ticket in.

How will we get this email? I emailed from an account that isn’t my bumberfan account.

  8. This is indeed the best perk I’ve ever seen of my very first time in honor the 40th Annual Bumbershoot Music & Film Festival. So, please count me in as a RSVP. Thank you!

  9. hmm. RSVPd and it says to bring my Sept 17 bumberfan email? I don’t have a 9/17 email and have been a bumberfan for a couple years. Should I print out the email that confirms my RSVP, and will that work for my two teenage children if I print one up for them as well?

  10. the bumberfan email says this is “new” they did the same thing last year..all you had to do was show them your registered starbucks gift card. I have a feeling they won’t turn people away but than you might want to register ahead of time as they are asking.

It was fun to get a free drink or two..or three every day as that saved me the price of starbucks drink..lol….also heard some pretty decent music as i was getting said drinks.

  11. Can we bring in guests or do they need to be BumberFans and RSVP on their own?

    • If you’d like to bring friends, have them sign up to be a BumberFan by August 31st at http://bumbershoot.org/#bumberfan. Remember this Lounge is for BumberFans only, so they must be a BumberFan to enter.

  12. I sent an email last night, via yhe email address provided and my own email account – not the Outlook link – but I have not received any kind of confirmation. Should I expect a confirmation email?

    • Yes, you should have received a confirmation. Add StarbucksinSeattle@starbucks.com to your email’s safe list to ensure it hasn’t fallen into your junk mail or a SPAM filter.

  13. Okay, I received a confirmation email. It said to print out my BumberFan email sent August 17th. I actually received an email August 18th, the one that told me about the Starbucks BumberFan Lounge. Is this the email I am supposed to print out and bring? And, will it be valid for my 13-year old son, who will be attending with me?
    Thanks.

    • There shouldn’t be a password, it’s just an email to StarbucksInSeattle@starbucks.com. Have your friends sign up to be BumberFans and RSVP individually, please. Thanks.
